By using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

The Service allows groomers to manage appointments for their clients, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.

Clients can book services through the platform, and groomers will receive notifications regarding new, updated, or canceled appointments.

Groomers must subscribe to a monthly plan to access the Service.

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe and will be billed automatically.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

Groomers will receive reviews from customers based on their services.

Businesses can display their location details, contact information, and services offered on the platform.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our content guidelines.

Groomers may upload and manage pet information, including vaccination records and certificates (PDFs or images) for pets in their care.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary consent from pet owners before uploading vaccination records and that all uploaded documents are accurate and legitimate.

Vaccination certificates are stored securely on our third-party cloud storage provider (Digital Ocean Spaces) and are accessible only through your authorized account.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of vaccination records and for ensuring that expired or invalid records are updated or removed in a timely manner.

When you delete a vaccination record, the associated certificate file is permanently deleted from our storage systems and cannot be recovered.

You agree not to upload false, fraudulent, or misleading vaccination documents, and acknowledge that doing so may result in account suspension or termination.

We reserve the right to remove vaccination records that violate our terms or applicable laws, but we are not responsible for verifying the authenticity of uploaded documents.

By using our Service, you agree to receive email notifications from us regarding new appointment bookings, updates, cancellations, important platform updates, or policy changes.

We will not share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the "Effective Date" updated. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
