We implement security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security. Vaccination certificates are stored securely on Digital Ocean Spaces with appropriate access controls.

Vaccination records and certificates are retained for as long as the associated pet record exists in the system, or until explicitly deleted by the groomer. When a vaccination record is deleted, the associated certificate is also permanently removed from our storage systems.
