These documents are stored securely on our third-party cloud storage provider (Digital Ocean Spaces) and are accessible only to authorized groomers and their associated accounts.

Payment Information: Subscription payment details processed via Stripe.

Communication Data: Messages, reviews, and interactions with customers or support.

3. Sharing Your Information

With Service Providers: Payment processors (Stripe), cloud storage providers (Digital Ocean Spaces for vaccination certificates), and customer support teams.

With Customers: Business details and reviews are visible to users. Vaccination records are only accessible to the groomer business account that created them and are not shared with customers or third parties unless required by law.

For Legal Compliance: If required by law or regulatory authorities, including veterinary or health regulations related to pet care services.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security. Vaccination certificates are stored securely on Digital Ocean Spaces with appropriate access controls.

Data is retained as long as necessary for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes. Vaccination records and certificates are retained for as long as the associated pet record exists in the system, or until explicitly deleted by the groomer. When a vaccination record is deleted, the associated certificate is also permanently removed from our storage systems.

5. Your Rights

Access and update your personal data, including pet information and vaccination records.

Request deletion or restriction of your data, including vaccination records and certificates. When you delete a vaccination record, the associated certificate file is also permanently deleted from our storage systems.

Download or view vaccination certificates that have been uploaded to your account.

Opt out of marketing communications (not applicable since no marketing cookies are used).
